How To Make Your Own Album Templates in 10 Seconds (Or Less)
Yep. It’s seriously that easy to make your own album templates in InDesign. Just a few seconds, a couple clicks, and you’re laughing!

A few tips and such for ya!
Shortcuts:
- Select the photo inside the frame: A (Direct Selection Tool)
- Select the frame: V (Selection Tool)
- Select all frames on spread: Command - A (Mac) or Control - A (PC)
- Duplicate frame: Option (Mac) or Alt (PC) + Click and drag

Woohoo! Thank you so much for this. I’m new to ID this season, and while I’ve been creating my own templates, I haven’t known where to store them ;). That “New Library” tip alone is priceless.

Wow! Thank you for this awesome nugget of information! I have used InDesign for at least 6 years now and this is something totally new to me but will save SOOOOOO much time!:) It really make InDesign that much more powerful to photographers!

Wow! I had NO idea InDesign was so easy to make albums with! I’ve kind of been intimidated by the program, and hear that it’s THE standard for album design, but seeing it done like this is really enlightening! Thank You!! Easy Templates!
